CIK Telecom Network support Engineer ---start date 2015 – till now Network Monitoring, need to check network traffic, network connection, tool used packet logic client, Packet logic System Manager. Troubleshooting for Modem/routers/switches/VOIP Phone/IPTV services. Follow Level 1/Level 2 tickets. Tool used CRM. Follow up with clients/(B2B/B2C) about issue raised by opening tickets, provide solution, take remote access client side. Tool used RDS/TeamViewer. Manage internal Network, Local area connection; manage internal server, windows server 2008/2012, create/delete/modify new login/password for new joins. Assign access level to users/groups, by Group policy management. Handle different domains, and work on Site to site connection through VPN connection. Handle provisioning issues/Mapping wrong issues/DHCP issues/slow speed issue/ Internet Unstable issues. Handle different type of internet service issues, DSL/cable/FTTB(Fiber line). Handle VOIP phone service issues, voice quality issues/1 way voice/incoming call/outgoing calls not working/Long Distance call not working. configure Voice Mail, FAX, client Outlook account. Upgrade/downgrade Firmware of router/switches/IPTV/Voip box. Configure router/switch/Voip box/IPTV box.
