Job Duties:
Preparing invoices, documentations and cheques to sign
Schedule and confirm appointments for open houses, listing presentations, showings, closing meetings, and other appoints
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Compile data, statistics and other information and operate office software and support system (TransactionDesk, WOLFconnect, brokerWOLF) for the office including front desk, back office and paperless office
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Greet people in a professional and courteous manner, and direct them to contacts or service areas
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Prepare marketing materials for social media, such as Facebook, WeChat and Instagram
Working Experience:
At least one year, and less than two years
Educations:
College or equivalent education
Skills and Knowledge:
Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, Electronic scheduler, Business diagram software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office, Simply Accounting, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, Stratus MLS, BrokerWOLF, TransactionDesk, WOLFconnect, Buildium

It is a full-time, permanent position, around 35-40 hours per week
